| | | Preparation method | - Knead the dough for 15 minutes in a mixer or 20 minutes by hand, or use your breadmaker’s “dough” programme.
- Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces and make them into rolls.
- Lay out the dough pieces in 4 rows of 4 (leaving space in between) on a lightly greased baking tray or on baking paper.
- Let the rolls rise for 1 hour at room temperature under cling film or baking paper.
