16 white rolls
 
Ingredients
500 grams of Cottage Bread Mix – White
300 ml lukewarm water
For extra softness:
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp margarine/butter
Preparation method
  • Knead the dough for 15 minutes in a mixer or 20 minutes by hand, or use your breadmaker’s “dough” programme.
  • Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces and make them into rolls.
  • Lay out the dough pieces in 4 rows of 4 (leaving space in between) on a lightly greased baking tray or on baking paper.
  • Let the rolls rise for 1 hour at room temperature under cling film or baking paper.

Electric oven 240ºC

Fan-assisted oven 220ºC

Gas mark 6

Baking time: 10 minutes
