This complete mix for Omega 3 bread can be used in a bread machine as well as for manual preparation.

This bread mix is very easy to prepare – lukewarm water is the only ingredient added to the mix.

Omega 3 Multigrain Mix is only available in 2.5 kg packages.

• Mix the recommended amount of water with the bread mix.
• Knead it into a firm dough in approximately 20 minutes. 
• Cover the dough with cling wrap and let it rise in a warm place for 30 or 40 minutes.
• Shape the dough as desired and allow the dough rise another 40 minutes in the baking form.  
• Bake the bread for 35 to 40 minutes in a 230ºC preheated oven.

• Add some more water if the dough seems dry after 5 minutes of kneading.  
• After baking, turn the bread out onto a rack and let it cool down.
• In order to prevent the bread from drying out, store the bread in a closed plastic bag.
• Do not store your home-made bread in the refrigerator.
